We love our new door!  This company delivers quality craftmanship. It is exactly what we wanted!  It’s the entire package!   Every time we turn the corner to go down the hall, our first thought is someone left the door open … so much wonderful light!!

I can't get over the difference! The house is warmer, brighter, quieter and looks fabulous. Iron Crafters was great to work and the installation was very professional. He took his time and did such a great job on the inside and out. The before and after says it all. Thank you Iron Crafters!

Re step & porch railings. I have waited to post this (install was in Jan 2023) to make sure of the lasting install and quality. Everyone who has used my steps have commented on the excellent job and product. The 16 gauge steel and the core drilling into the concrete was just what I needed for safety and stability. I allowed the owner, Kim to decide the details, and she did a grand job. Great company & great install! Thank you. 😊

I was not satisfied w/ install. She was super nice at estimate but install was a nightmare. Had 2 doors installed and 1 man slammed both of them in in abt 6 hrs. 1st wasn't square, rubbed at top corner and left damage. Had him fix b4 he left. 2nd door was out of square and not sealing at the top. Could see sunlight coming through. Had to come back and fix, more or less. Damage to door, looked like wasn't handled carefully. Didn't clean anything. Door glass dirty, caulk on handle, dirt/screws all over floor that got into caulk(made him fix, dirt still in caulk), swept sawdust into flower bed, didn't score paint well b4 old trim removal, and base of door very cold this winter. Showed Kim all of this and told her I was worried abt Mother-in-law who I referred to her. She assured me MIL would be taken care of. Installer chipped and scratched MIL's 70 yr old marble floor. Looks as if he cut 1/4 round in place. Destroyed her floor. I reached out twice to them and no response. Do not put urself through this. Pay the $$, go someplace w/ a professional installer.

I love my doors, however, I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism I received when 2 tech came to repair an issue I had with security doors that were purchased in February. I called 3 times to share what my issue was. The last time I called, I was told the tech would call to set up appointment to come look at/repair door. The tech didn’t call, he just showed up (thank goodness I was actually at home). I sensed attitude/frustration from the moment I opened my door. Tech rang my doorbell, I opened the door, he didn’t identify himself, didn’t speak, looked at me and asked “what’s the problem with your door? 2nd tech comes in 10minutes after 1st tech walks back outside and did the exact same thing (no hello, good afternoon, nothing). I’ve purchased many doors from Maclin doors over the years but never have I had this type experience with techs being unprofessional. Very disappointing…
